Tyson v Douglas - Mike, a man who was thought of as invincible, getting battered round after round and there is practically silence around the arena. Had that fight been in vegas the atmosphere would have been mental!!
I know, in Japan they just don't do that kind of thing. They just all sat there quiet thinking "WTF is going on??" Kinda like King and Trump. Trump leaned over to King about halfway and asked " What the hell is going on" and King said " I don't know, but I don't like it". In America there would have been PANDEMONIOM in the arena.............:happy
In Japan it is a cultural thing. Professional wrestling is huge over there but they are real quiet during the matches, but cheer like mad before and after. Same thing with concerts, quiet during songs, cheering in between songs. Just how they roll.
And just for the record, I KNEW Corrales vs Castillo was going to be a barn burner. Only the casual fan wouldn't have thought so.
