Unless a miracle happens , i don't see him winning this fight even though it's under mma rules. It's not gonna change ****. (unless crocop decides to play the "lay and pray" technic for the entire duration of the fight , but i doubt it...he's got too much pride)
interesting...at the bottom of the page it says: "After this fight, Mirko has one more fight left with DREAM, possibly against Fedor at NYE, then as he stated "Back to the UFC" " I wonder if dana will accept him back after another brutal defeat against emelianenko ?... but hey , again , anything can happen...maybe sylvia will pull the upset of mma history...or not.
I'm surprised CC would take a fight like this, trying get his confidence back against a great striker like JL isn't the best idea. And I doubt CC will try to take him down JL is bigger and stronger and CC's ground game isn't world class either. Besides if he should loose this he really shouldn't get another shot at Fedor. I'm not sure he'll ever be in the octagon again.
This looks like it could be a good card. The next round for the middleweight GP will also take place. Here is who I would like to see matched up with each other. Musasi vs Gelasic Tamura vs Yoon Mayhem (can't see him losing to Shibata) vs Jacare Sak vs Taiei Kin Which MW GP fights would you guys like to see?
It's DREAM, so ill believe it when they are in the ring at the bell rings and not before. That being said, this should be a great fight.
Unless Cro Cop plans on busting out some sick Jits on Lebanner, I don't like his chances in this one.
Crocop's chances of winning this fight improve exponentially under MMA rules. Does LeBanner even have rudimentary ground defenses? If not, then Crocop is only one mount away from pounding LeBanner into boliva (sic). Either way - this should be a great match for as long as it lasts. Dream is putting on some interesting cards.
Or trying to get your confidence back Maybe he is fine and you just want to believe he has lost his confidence? Maybe he doesn't really care or want too. I don't think most of these guys fighting in Asia really care or think much about the "UFC". Not as much as we would like to think anyway. I'm sure in there minds the UFC isn't the top dog in MMA.
He is the one saying he will be back in the UFC, not me!!, sounds like your grasping for straws in any little effort you can to diss the UFC. Not everybody hates it as much as you do either......it's really not that bad.
Exactly Cro Cop has said many times he wants to win his fights and get back into the UFC and avenge his losses.
