The 2nd round MW GP fights have been annouced.

    Kazushi Sakuraba vs. Melvin Manhoef
Jason “Mayhem” Miller vs. Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza
Gegard Mousasi vs. Dong Sik Yoon
    Zelg Galesic vs. Taiei Kin

Manhoef is in due to Tamura being injured. I just hope Saku doesn't get a brutal beating. Saku does have a chance if he can take it to the ground. Still no news on Cro Cop vs Le Banner.

Whoa this could be bad for Saku. Manhoef is an animal from the mount. I remember him closing Sik Yoon`s eye completely and turning it into a golfball. If Saku can get him to the mat he`ll probably sub Melvin quite quickly. All in all its not a bad card.Galesic should be another good bout to look forward too. His striking is top notch.

    The new pride all right

"lets kill somebody so he can show his 'fighting sprit' as he lay dieing in the ring"

    This fight is criminal.

Well it looks like Cro Cop vs Le Banner isn't going to happen. Instead Cro Cop will apparently be in a grapping match vs Ralek Gracie. :huh

Saku is ****ing crazy  but you know if he gets Mel on the matt he can take this.

I'm not righting Saku off completely in this one.

The CC match is a joke and proves he's lost his edge and will never fight in the UFC ever again.

All that talk about him being eager to fight so he could'nt wait for the next fight the UFC had set up for him is BS.

He could have fought somone solid on a UFC card instead of fighting that can he just fought and taking a grappling match.

His two matches in Japan are an utter waste of time and will not prepare him for a return to the UFC

The man has no heart for fighting anymore and some will say he never had much to begin with.

Look at Cro Cop and Wand.

Wand will never ****ing run even after two terribel KO losses to Cro Cop and Hendo and the points loss to Chuck, He still stayed in the UFC and takes on the guy who beat Griffin and Chuck and destroys him. :good

Mayhem vs Jacare is going to be a REALLY interesting fight to watch.

That fight right there has got me tuning in! :good

The Pride FC 2006 Open Weight Grand Prix tournament winner, Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic, has agreed to compete against Ralek Gracie in a “special rules” two-round grappling match at DREAM 4 at the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan, on June 15, according to Nokaut.com.

Cro Cop was originally booked to take on Jerome LeBanner in a mixed martial arts bout that same evening; however, the fight has been postponed and will take place at a later date. The report did not indicate if it would take place at DREAM 5 (as previously reported) on July 5.

Here are Mirko’s thoughts on the decision to challenge Gracie:

“… he would prefer a grappling match with a points system, as he would have an improved chance to win using throws and takedowns, he still is looking forward to testing his ground game against top competition and is looking forward to the match.”

Yeah it is a joke. I don't know if its Mirko's fault or Dream's. I bet they offered Ralek a mma rules fight first but he wanted no part of it.
