I'd have to favor Floyd by clear UD, though it wouldn't be easy down the stretch.

 

Margarito too strong, and too relentless. Not to mention, Floyd was at his best @ 130 & 135....and that version doesn't exist anymore. Floyd simply doesn't THROW ENOUGH, nor does he hit hard enough to keep Margarito back. I supposed Floyd could back peddle it all night, but he won't win that way either. Fighting defensively vs. an offensive machine like Margarito is NOT going to cut it. He needs to BEAT Margarito, not just try to pot shot if able, hoping to score a little here and there. Margarito UD.

 

PBF would win easily. Margo has a great chin but is not that special. Floyd woudl outbox Margo on his way to a suprisingly easy UD

 

It is given that PBF would do alot better at hitting and moving than Cotto due to his great defence, however Margarito isnt an old faded DLH. Margo would be terible on the inside and would catch PBF with some terible upper cuts and body shots. Margo comes from every angle and due to Mays lack of power at 147 Margo would get inside at any point in the fight.

Floyd is probably waiting for someone to beat him. So, he doesn't have to fight him.

 

If Floyd was at the top of his game, he should take this one.
