    For post fight interviews Gary Newbon used to take some beating. Talk obout awkward questions, the bloke didn't give a monkies!!

    Gary Newbon was a ****... His post fight interview after Benn-McLellon was a disgrace. He's a ****.

    If you judge on Benn-McClennan then Jim Watt is a ****. Hindsight is a fine thing in those situations....

    Well Watt is a bit anal sometimes but what did he say? Newbons post fight interview was too aggresive he kept calling a prone McLellon MCallum he was just an *******.

    Newbon was just carried away with the atmosphere. Watt was calling McClellan a quiter, no heart etc...he must looks back at that cringe.

    stuff them all..........we should all be watchin with the sound off and make our own judgements of the fights, thats what i do :smoke

    I do that if I rewatch a fight to score it, but otherwise I like the atmosphere too much.

    I think Mike Costello from BBC Radio 5 Live could do a good job on TV, with George Foreman as the number 2 and Larry Merchant. Johnathan Pearce would be good as a boxing commentator too I think. Ian Darke's good, but Lampley sounds a bit too geekish.

    Honestly, what the hell.


    Al Bernstien from SHowtime is easily the best, most unbiased commentator ive listened to.

    I'd have him and grady.
