Try to bob and weave off the back foot, remember when your on the outside your at the end of his power. Do you know why European trainers want you to move the body and not the head first it's because they want you to throw the right hand behind the jab this is no small feat whilst moving the head. Then came Patterson, spinks, Tyson who moved their head to the left evading the first two punches. Lastly head movement is head movement what do think ducking means. :hi:

Again no balance, especially if you drop on your heel.
Head movement again without the body does nothing.:patsch
    Off balance thus no boxing.
Cus and Dundee with all due respect are not my ideal trainers, not even in the top 10.

great lamon brewster on how to throw a powerful hook to the body YouTube.
As lamon says weight over the front foot! See how lamon weaves off that front foot, you can't transfer your body mass forward stepping forward and landing on your toes, you can transfer your mass forward by landing on the heel. When you walk forward naturally the heel lands first nobody walks forward landing their toes first.

Great, you put you weight on your left foot you wont be able to turn the your left foot into a hook and thus in time you will blow your ACL for sure.
You run on your heels do you? And you dont walk on your toes do you?:nut
if you land on your toes you cant turn for **** cause you have no feel of the ground under your foot.
YOu are confused about the biomechanics of the punch. Its not such a great idea to follow someone blindy like a sheep.
Lamon Brewster may have been a good fighter but that doesnt make him a good trainer. It doesnt work that way.

You need contact with ground to transfer your body mass, go throw a LH to body throwing it off the back leg or however you do it. Now try it by throwing your right shoulder over the left leg and see which technique transfers the most body mass. And yes I can see that are getting your jollies off by drawing me into an argument. Truly I'm not responding too you but to other viewers since I bet my pension that have never fought before. Had you being in the ring with one of my fighters I'd tell him to jump on you. If your fighting off the back and without any speed or power behind the jab or RH then what are going to do when the other guys jabs gets past you? Farewell.

Ofcourse you need contact with the ground but not the way you are talking about it because that breaks the chain of the punch.

I have fought, i dont know why that is even the question. Otherwise i wouldnt be here explaining things to you. Im not the one watching boxing instructional videos on youtube.

Seems you are a hypocrite. Tell me have Cus and Dundee fought? Since you always speak about them.

Well since you want to talk **** ok.
Your fighters would be off balance and really easy to pick apart. Especially if he are squared up. Plus on that i bet their knees and hips are ****ed as well.
Always has been with fighters who have no balance. Tons of them about.

You were the one who started the argument. You thought i was gonna fold and say you were right? No chance of that happening when i know you are wrong.

Farewell, all the best to you.
