    - Rope work for Bobbing and Weaving standing.
    - Same but moving forward and backward.
    - Same but moving freely, as an sparring and feinting a lot.
    - Speed bag (1 or 2 punches and lot of head movement and defense in general).
    - Moving forward evading and pivoting to change direction.
    - Shadowboxing only moving on your toes and only flat footed to do some feints and defensive moves.
    - Practicing defense using different kinds of guards (Hearns, Klitchko, Tyson, Marquez.. any type you think of).
    - Switching sometimes if you feel comfortable or need momentary change of angles/distance.
    - Soft and quick punches evading with a partner (alternating during the round or one round each other).
    - Spring movement (legs) after a combination to get out or out/in for evade single punches and counter.
    - Evade + counter drills (bobbing+uppercut/hook, shoulder+straight, etc ).
    - Limited-punches sparrings, to practice different ways to evade it.
