I have dropped 120-125 lbs in less than a year and I'd like to drop 50 more to get to 200lbs. My problem I am having is I'm getting alot of loose skin, Is there a way to tighten it up but keep dropping weight?
That's what I'm doing now I need to eat better than what I'm doing now I'll admit. I been lifting more since I have no fight scheduled. I guess I'm just reading into the lifting weights gets you to bulked up for boxing.
