dropping 3kg?

    I want to drop 3kg is this a suitable diet to do so

    Breakfast: porridge egg and 1 slice of toast

    Break: 1 piece of fruit

    Lunch: Sandwhiches

    Dinner: potatoes bacon/ chicken vegeatbles pasta some days

    training

    after trainng: milk and lots of water

    do you need to lose the weight for an upcoming weigh-in? Sometimes the main thing is to remember that its the combination of workouts and the diet that you choose to either gain or lose weight. 3Kg's is not a lot to lose.....when you consider that after a good hard work out its easy to lose 2kg right there.
