do you need to lose the weight for an upcoming weigh-in? Sometimes the main thing is to remember that its the combination of workouts and the diet that you choose to either gain or lose weight. 3Kg's is not a lot to lose.....when you consider that after a good hard work out its easy to lose 2kg right there.
