I'm 129 right now and I need to be at a consistent 125. Weigh ins are at 8am and bouts are around 6pm. If I continue through the entire thing, I should be looking at 3 consecutive days and fights.

I'm right now eating a salad with chicken breast at lunch, then snacking on grapes/2-3 oranges until dinner, then finish off with a chicken breast and broccoli or beef barley soup.

I'd reckon my calorie intake is between 700-900 for the last 4 days. I've been running 30 minutes in full sweats every morning.

How much should I eat until the tournament accordingly each day? When should I cut off food intake? What should my water consumption be like? I've only had to make weight for single fights, but I don't know how to healthily maintain it for 3 days without worry of bloating up.

Do you have to make weight every day of the tournament?

When is this tournament from now?

Small food portions but drop those last four pounds slowly over the next few days.

Easy way to drop would be using hot baths epsom salts or sauna but it will leave you weak IMO that is ok for a single fight.

Do not dehydrate too much too quickly.

Reduce salts. Limit carbs. Limit Water 2 days before.
Maybe cycle for a bit w/ a sweatsuit and if you really need to....sauna for a bit. (i doubt you'd need to since 4-5lbs is not a massive cut).
And you weigh less in the morning that you do in the evening so you should be fine.
    And Good Luck!

Whatever you do, don't dehydrate yourself. If you can't make 125 by healthy ways (exercising, eating healthy foods) without dehydrating yourself by going to a sauna, drinking less water than forget about it.

You'll damage your whole career by dehydration, trust me it's just one tournament.

Your case actually is worse if you decide to dehydrate yourself (sauna, drinking less water etc), since you have to stay dehydrated throughout the entire tournament. Regular boxers only have to weigh in once and can rehydrate. You cannot.
