    wrong: accepted full random and could not agree on cutoff of blood test.


    this is osdt- olympic style drug test, not olympic drug test.

    osdt has cutoffs, both urine and blood. cutoff is start training camp and after the fight.


    there is a cutoff.


    olympic drug test is year round including off competition, no cutoff.


    pac and theftjr couldnt agree on the blood cutoff.:deal

    close deal.



    macne is the one who declined vada outright.:good

    No one hate hates MW I just hate the excuses ..I mean all this started from the Mayweathers and their paranoia ! For the most part NSAC has caught plenty of cheaters in the past .. If he were proven to be on something I would agree with all this but the fact that he's never tested positive for anything makes all of this a smear campaign ! Yet you want to talk about who hates who ?

    There is NO cutoff kid. The cutoff was only to get pac to fight.

    It's Olympic style, yes.
    For each individual match, meaning the testing starts on said date and continues until the match had been completed.

    So, in other words, in spite of all that has transpired since including:

    -the number of fighters and doctors who have stated that Nevada testing is a joke AND
    - the number of fighters caught through advanced testing AND
    - the fact Pacquiao himself is now demanding advanced testing for his OWN fights and
    - NSAC has changed their program to be more in line with WADA

    you STILL are going to defend NSAC testing circa 2009.

    Yeah, ok.

    So are you saying the NSAC has never caught anyone prior to this Mayweather nonesene ?

    And the only reason people are saying that these tests Are a joke now is because cheating has become more advanced ..But honestly I don't think a fighter like Manny would go to such elaborate ways of beating the system like Lance Arnstrong did ..The main reason testing had to be stepped up is because we now live in a PED era ??How many times is a fighter accused of something now a days ?

    I guess ped's have only got more advanced since manny took the Vada?

    Stfu troll you are so dumb. Ped user's have always been a step infront of testing & thats why there are such things as vada,wada,usada etc. Ped era did not start when Pac decided to take vada.
