Drug Testing in boxing (future changes).

After all the controversy surrounding the Mayweather Pacquiao bout, and the resulting drug/blood testing argument. Do you feel the rules involving drug/blood testing in boxing need a drastic change? or are you satisfied with the current procedures? (Try and answer your preferred question from a neutral standing. This question has very little to do with either Mayweather or Pacquiao. If you do choose to use either Mayweather or Pacquiao in your argument, lets leave out the childish names e.g. Fraud Gayweather, or Roiduiao)

In my opinion, drug/blood testing in boxing needs to undergo a few changes over the next few years. A lot of sports out there nowadays have all year round, random testing for there sports men and women. I don't understand how boxing can neglect to include this in there rules.
I feel boxing is the most dangerous sport in the world, many people claim UFC or MMA (not sure if these are the same thing, but oh well) are because of the punches, kicks, knees and elbows included in there arsenal. But, the amount of blows a boxer can take in an average twelve round bout, well boxing gets my vote for the most dangerous sport in the world.
If the rules surrounding drug/blood testing in boxing don't change soon, where they are almost incapable of using any drug or substance to enhance there training or performance on the night of the bout with out being caught, we may well see more fatalities, or permanent damage as a result of the sport of boxing.
