I got fight in 5 days and yesterday was friends b-day and i drunk to much beer. I woke up and i dont have strenght, do i ruin my stamina with it, and does exist solution to get back my stamina. btw: fight is amater 3 x 3min
Dont drink while your close to a fight it takes longer to build up stamina and strenght than lose them
How long should you stay off the drink before fight? 2-4 weeks? anyone have knowledge though personal experience? i.e. feel's flat when they drank in previous fortnight compared to when they havent?
