Duane Bobick vs Pete Rademacher. Battle of Amateurs. Who wins between these two as professionals. Bobick was brutally kayoed by Ken Norton in 1977, and Rademacher was kayoed by Champion Floyd Patterson in a title bout in 1957.

I would definetly have to go with Duane Bobick on this one , they made him a classic straight up 1-2 boxer/puncher utilizing his 82' inch reach. and a record of 93-10 60 knockout and 62 wins in a row beating such amateur stand outs as Stevenson, Yuri Nesterov, Nick Wells, Leroy Jones, AND Larry Holmes. he was a 1-2 Banger!

Something they really never did when he stepped up to the pro's Frazier/Futch had him bent over with a body attack like the 5'11 Smokin Joe and a pier six brawler , that was not gonna work for the 6'3" plus Bobick and he got smashed.

PS- Bobick had won 100 of last 101 fights Going into the Ken Norton 58 seconds debacle in MSG, NY.

THE 62 BOUT AMATEUR WIN STREAK, LOSS TO STEVENSON IN THE OLYMPICS, AND 38-0 Pro record. -a streak 100 wins in 101 fights! I'd Take IT!
