    ..albeit a slim one..

HOWEVER, there is disregard for how Dubois performed against Joyce. Yes he quit from getting his face pummelled by jabs, however, it seems to be glared over that Dubois landed several big shots on Joyce…shots that I doubt many other heavyweights could take (to be fair Usyk seems quite iron chinned)

In his fight against Lerena, Dubois leg was ****ed tbh. But I do think Lerena was paid off to not take him out.

Dubois has the size attributes AJ has and he looks like he’ll be ready to take it to Usyk, roughing and toughing up.

As skilled as Usyk is I honestly wouldn’t be that surprised if Dubois lands a lucky punch on him. This isn’t saying much but Dubois has better fundamentals than Wilder

Usyk will probably 9-3/10-2 him though.

    This is an exciting fight

If Dubois lands a finishing punch on Usyk I wouldn't call it a lucky one - despite they sometimes appear as such, they are thrown by people who are there to throw them with the sole purpose of hurting the other one enough, so he quits or goes out. So there is another way of seeing it - not some luck for the underdog, but (rarely) bad move for the (supposedly) better one.

I think Dubois moves better than AJ, is faster than AJ and punches stronger than AJ. He gave Joyce a great fight being so green and lost because of a bad trauma, so it seems he can take punches. His Lerena case is something different - **it happens and he lost the fight, but not because the other one was better. I still think he owes him a rematch, but that's a different story.

I just hope for a fair fight and both deliver their best.

Dubois is a lethal savage. Usyk is going to have to be perfect all night as usual. Has the skill but not the power

Its heavyweight. Its always possible but I count on Usyks chin and knowledge to know this and his skills to pull him trough.
I dont want Fury to be able to justify his duck with a fluke ko and to be able to weasel into an undisputed title like that.
Usyk needs to get that win like he is supposed to.

no ,you hope Dubois wins and bails your duck boy out.
You also hope wilder beats Joshua or anyone else he faces just because it would boost Duckon’s stock.

That's one way of putting it. He suffered medial orbital fractures, it is hardly the type of injury you are supposed to push through.

Usyk is a phenomenal boxer but Dubois is a lot more dangerous than Joshua. If he does get stopped it’ll be because he actually tried to win.

He's one of the top five hardest punchers in the division, a division these days full of even more gigantic giants than ever before and some of those top 5 hardest hitter giants weigh 260-280lbs or just under.

He sports a KO94%, has vicious power in both hands, puts his shots together well, has an excellent very powerful jab, is a really good finisher, and lots of fighters who've shared a ring with him, or people who've seen him up close and personal in the gym, have all said the same about his power ie. that he doesn't just hit hard but he hits extremely hard, and he is way bigger and heavier than Usyk. Of course he has a chance.

Contrary to what some will have you believe, he's not slow. AJ has fast hands for a man of his gargantuan dimensions but is Dubois any slower than him? Obviously Usyk is faster but both AJ and Dubois are fast enough to catch you even if you are much smaller and faster if you lose concentration for a split second.

Usyk might be godly but he is human and it only takes one mistake against someone who possess the kind of vicious power of Dubois

To name but a mere few of some of the current top fighters in the sport

Crawford rocked, hurt or dropped numerous times by fighters much smaller than him or ones his size

Beterbiev dropped by fighters his size

Teofimo dropped numerous times by fighters smaller than him or his size

Spence hurt numerous times or dropped by fighters smaller than him or his size

Haney hurt numerous times by fighters way smaller than him

Loma dropped once by a bigger fighter due to a brief lapse in concentration

And some of those were hurt by light-average punchers not devastating punchers way bigger and heavier than them

Yeah he was able to land some big shots on Joyce, but come on who doesn't land cleanly on Joyce, he's going to find it much harder against Usyk.

Maybe he can do what Wilder did vs Fury and land his big punch, but there's no guarantee it will have the desired effect as Usyk has shown nothing but an iron chin at heavyweight.

I am convinced that he will cleanly hit Usyk at least a couple of times, Usyk will certainly not be as fast as he was against Joshua because another year has passed and Usyk has become older, it should be taken into account that Dubois is more aggressive and braver than the cautious Joshua, so Usyk can expect a long night.

It is a possible scenario, I think many people see it (maybe not).

Dubois has a chance of course. In the heavies, everyone has at least a puncher's chance. But Dubois is young and hungry so I'd say he has better chances than Joshua did. He has nothing to lose and hinted at wanting to use roughhouse tactics. But at the same time, I feel Usyk will be more aggressive than usual for multiple reasons. He will want to fight fire with fire. He will want to prove a point. Also, he is fighting practically on home soil (Poland with tens of thousands of Ukrainians living in the city is the next best thing).

This bout could be a banger.

This fight is a typical match up of Skill set v Power Puncher also at play is the fact there is a gulf in experience between them. Yes it’s Heavyweight and anything can happen but when it comes down to it this is Usyks fight to lose. This fight on paper should theoretically be a mismatch, let’s see how it turns out .

Nothing will please me more, than watching Daniel crush that puny cruiserweight into bread crumbs. Unfortunately he's sort of like a inferior Joshua. So I think Usyk stops him late rounds. I hope Frank hasn't put his life savings for this fight...
