Truly a man forged through fire.
I hope we see him vs Parker/Zhang/Bakole/Kabayel next.

The Hrgo win is honestly more impressive than the Joshua win. Dubois walked through fire to do it. Even though it was a dirty path to a win, he had to take tons of punishment which he seemed unwilling to do against Usyk (I guess he gets a pass now for Joyce).

True. He's really proved me and a lot of other doubters wrong. Fair play to him.

I want to see a Usyk rematch.

But Parker or Zhang would be great as well.

Zhang seems to get frozen out of a title shot. I want him to get a title shot before he gets too old, which was like yesterday.

Parker winning a belt for a second time would be cool.

I don’t agree with it that Usyk got stripped. But since Dubois got the IBF belt now he might just as well defend it against some worthy contenders.

Parker's better bacause of the Zhang win, though Dubois' was somewhat impressive as well. Miller was not a top ten fighter, and it remains to be seen whether the jaded version of Hrgovic he beat through sheer determination ages as a win at all. Joshua is a damn fine win. Not the greatest comeback in history, but a very notable one in the decade notable for hypejobs being derailed.

Can't wait to see him in the ring again.

A great comeback story for Dubois for sure. Question would be if he can keep up the momentum. Would like to see him face Joseph Parker or Zhang next.

I thought Joyce was riding Dubois shots well and controlling the fight with the jab. It was a long time ago though and I never rewatched. A lot of people had Dubois ahead.

I totally wrote Dubois off as a serious title winning threat and contender back when he quit ( understandably so now) against Joyce. And more so when he got jabbed to his knees against Usyk and unashamedly stayed on his knees.

But for his last 3 fights I've gotta give the bloke the credit he deserves.

His counter punching power and timing against AJ was sublime. His confidence and self belief was off the scale. No version of AJ was beating him that night.

Let's see how he now develops from here on in.

Dubois improved a lot imo. He is confident and has self-belief now and that will help him a lot. He is a physical strong guy with tremendous power and a good chin. But imo his mentality still suc ks.
Usyk tired him out mentally and made him quit because the jab was not a fight ender. Dubois accepted defeat against usyk and literally quit. The next fighter who won't let him fight a firefight will make him quit again.
Imo Parker will beat him very decisively.
    Zhang is 50 - 50
Fury will outbox him and make him quit
Aj if he would be smart and box him with a game plan will also beat Dubois, but aj is to arrogant now...

Me, too. I posted something similar before the Joshua fight. I'm very happy for Dubois. He's totally turned it around.

He arguably should be both fighter of the year and comeback fighter of the year.

He demolished and stopped Big Baby Miller, Filip Hrgovic and Anthony Joshua inside nine months.

And he was the underdog against Hrgovic and Joshua, and took them both apart.

In those three fights, he's gotten better each time out.

Really looking forward to see if he can keep the roll going. It's been fun to watch.
