Dubois/Parker fight is off

Yes Parker keeps his WBO interim belt as the rule was once the first bell of the fight rang then he’d be stripped of it.

Parker-Bakole if it happens should be for the WBO interim.

 

There was always a good chance of this after DD "stormed" the ring vs Usyk. He had his eyes on a bigger, headlining fight.

Really sucks for Parker.

 

This is how it all works out for Parker, he beats Bakole as a last minute replacement, gets his WBO title shot against Usyk and beats him, then finally fights Dubois to unify and retires as the undisputed.

If boxing made sense he would be stripped and this fight would be for the title.

 

It won’t be taken away now, it was only once the bell rang for the IBF world title shot which isn’t the case anymore.

 

Dubois stock has managed to drop here. I feel bad for him, I reckon he is genuinely pretty sick if he is not fighting.

 

Usyk maybe can fight Dubois straightaway now, maybe in April or May. Usyk has already been in the gym for weeks now. So we could still see a great fight for Undisputed slighly sooner than originally planned. Interesting development.

 

I prefer Bakole Parker to Dubious Parker

Bakole is an extremely sexy man and will prove it this weekend

 

Usyk has a 30% chance of getting injured or ill in his next camp. Wouldn't hold high hopes. He should retire. Pretty sure the gods of war are going to snap a ligament on him in his next camp and that'll be all she wrote.

 

Rotten luck. Everybody l know was looking forward to Dubois-Parker.
