Yup. Dubois doesn't have the sturdiest mandible. Joshua will shatter it

    I have a question for y'all.

Do you think it's right for someone like AJ (a bit like the first time) to become a 3x world champ has to beat someone who he'll be going in as a strong favourite to win?

Dubois does the basics very well and has all the physicality needed but he doesn't have that spark of genius in him. Far from it in fact.

    Exactly. Fair Dinkum.

Throw a blonde wig on him, put a torch in his right hand, pretend he's from NY and rhubarb rhubard.

    Oh hell.

There is a rawness about Dubois still but he showed some great attributes in his last fight. I was impressed with the body to head combos he threw. His short clubbing jab which was really effective. How well he took Hrgovic's punches and his ability and willingness to throw straight back. He also showed better head movement, although there's still room for improvement.

I like Dubois' chances in this fight. The style of fight he will make it plays to his strengths whilst potentially exploiting AJ's deficiencies. Continuous effective pressure will take AJ out of his comfort zone, he'll either be forced on the backfoot or be forced into a tear up. Either way it'll hamper AJ's ability to set up his big right which is his biggest weapon and where his power is most deadly. In a fire fight, he's not as effective, and AJ's well out of practice for this style of fight. Then you factor in AJ's mentality when he's forced in the trenches and Dubois is landing to body and head.

Dubois will tire at some point though and if AJ does manage to hold strong, then he'll get opportunities to pick out that big punch in the second half of the fight.

Either way it's a super interesting fight that can't disappoint.

Worried for AJ in this one... this the kind of fight that can bite him. (A live dangerous prime contender lol)

I favour Joshua to beat Dubois as he has a lot more experience at this level whereas Dubois is just really getting into this kind of level. Dubois could land a shot out the blue and stop Joshua which can happen at Heavyweight but for me if Dubois is to win he needs to try and put it on Joshua early and land something meaningful and whilst it not being a KO shot enough to put a bit of self doubt into Joshua which has happened before, should Dubois allow Joshua to feel comfortable and allow him to get in his groove then Joshua more than likely blasts him out early doors. Dubois has to put doubt into Joshua and do it early for him to win,it won’t be easy as Joshua is coming off two good wins and his confidence is know doubt sky high,Dubois is also coming off two big wins and will have the confidence to take it to Joshua, this could well be an exciting fight for however long it lasts .

Well... he is a Virgo, makes sense, since those are traits that are synonymous with that sign.

Dubois is one of the most privileged fighters of the era. Free title shot at Usyk, then an e-mail title. All that after shaky performances and losses.

Tbh, it is what it is.

It's no worse than Holyfield becoming a 4x champion beating John Ruiz for the vacant WBA, one fight after losing to Lennox Lewis
