    Where's this from pal?
I saw a video of Coldwell from a couple of days ago complaining that Gill didn't have a fight.

Coldwell says a lot of things. Haven't saw his recent interview so things must have changed.

A month or two ago he said Gill was going to fight Kiko Martinez for the European but Martinez is now fighting Barrett at 130.

Yes I remember the fight and the post fight interview.

I am not sure that Price's weight had any bearing at all on him gassing, as his gassing is mental and due to nerves.

In the fight itself he dropped Hammer nearly stopped him. But then as usual dropped his output and wasnt able to buy time during the rounds to rest, allowing Hammer to get back into the fight. This is a tactical and training issue, and something I blame Coldwell and his other trainers for. When he isnt working, he has literally zero defence and no ideas on how to waste time or buy himself time.

He stands there with his hands up by the side of his head, moving backwards in a straight line, waiting to get hit. That isnt a defence.

Mark is a great trainer, one of the best I’ve worked with. Whyte leaving him worked out well yeah?

I love Jimmy Tibbs not so much Mark Tibbs. That’s my opinion. Don’t think Whyte leaving Mark Tibbs had anything to do with because Whyte is vulnerable to certain things in the ring despite his improvements.

I don't know much about the previous trainer but it's always a loss and then a fighter moves trainers.

If they were not right then it shouldn't take a loss to realise this.

To me I don't think DDD believes in himself, he just seems like he's going through the motions, doesn't seem to have grit and confidence

I appreciate Joyce was his first real fight, but you've still got to believe in yourself at all times, and I think he lacks confidence in himself

Considering Martin Bowers is still managing Dubois, it’s likely that he himself may well have been in agreement that a change of training was needed?

Coldwell is awful mate. That’s the last thing he needs to do.

Not a fan of Coldwell at all. Lol at when Haye called him out in the build up to the Bellew fight. Go for Tibbs, his experience will help guide him and improve his skills, plus with Mark, you get Jimmy's input too. Jimmy is too old now to be lead trainer.
