This is a very good fight. DInu gave Pulev problems while it lasted.

Good fight this. Not bothered about the belts on the line but Dinu can fight, he just tends to pack it in when the going gets real tough.

Yes, I do agree with you. 4 world titles is bad enough, but interim is as not bad as "regular" because it is not falsely marketed as a world title and it serves a purpose in terms of acting as a stepping stone. However, the governance behind it is an absolute joke as like all of the governing bodies, they make up the rules as they go along and it is of course due to money. It is even more ludicrous how fans will argue that the "regular" belt is a world title and then the next day argue that there is too much fragmentation.

It also amuses me as to how fans seem to think that mandatories are not organised similarly. "You can't blame him for taking that fight as it is a mandatory", as if powerful management groups have no say.

Look at his record. Has he ever beaten anybody with a pulse? His opponents look absolutely hopeless. Not seen much of the guy myself.

I’m not a huge fan of Dubois but fare play for taking on Dinu after a loss

It's a good fight, it's farcical it's for a "interim world title", but good luck to Dubois.

To be fair, that’s a far better comeback opponent for Daniel than I anticipated. Belt is garbage but fair play.

Let's be honest, WBA interim title is more like a intercontinental title, the WBA regular is like the interim title. Then the WBA super is the actual world title.

Suspect Archie Sharp will be on this.
    Jenkins vs Essoman
    Cacace vs Woodstock
    Ennis Brown vs Maxwell

    All need slots as well

WBA interim would make him mandatory for WBA Super, though, wouldn't it?

It seems like the WBA (regular) is mostly for boxers who have no ambition of boxing for the real title and want to moonlight as a world champion.
