This is as of yet British card of the year with 2 great main event fights and some good names on the card. I can't happily pick a winner for the 2 main events. Bryant has only lost to top operators and Rivas who is relatively unproven, will see what he's all about vs Whyte, I edge with joyce but think he will have to win by ko. I also edge with Gorman but wouldn't be surprised to see Dubois put him away.

Notable mention to 2-0 lightweight Mark Chamberlain who is on the card. Local lad to me won nearly all there is to win as an amateur has impressed in his two fights, stopping one who had never been stopped and the other in a record time. This will probably get looked over right now so I will bump the thread in a year or so when people start noticing him. I'm going to the event to support young Mark.

Is anybody else going along? Probably be on my jacks or in a small crowd so be good to bump into some of ya.

I may well end up going depending if I am down south visiting the folks.

I think Sunny Edwards is fighting Vicktor Ruiz, he says terms have been agreed with someone who has previously headlined a UK show.

Going to this with a mate, just realised that the trains back from London are a shambles.

Last train that I need to catch leaves at 11:54, will take me 40 minutes to get to the station from the O2.

No way does a Frank Warren show finish by 11.

If Gorman can make Dubois work at a higher pace, and handle his power, I can see Dubois gassing and being taken out in the later rounds. Dubois is an absolute tank with explosive athleticism but that type of body (and style) requires a lot of oxygen.

    Gorman by stoppage

Totally concur mate. But can't be shocked either way which is what makes it such an exciting fight

Jennings at this point is a top gatekeeper, nothing more. Joyce is above that level and should stop him mid rounds.
I think Jennings was on a good trajectory but he was a part time boxer when he faced Wlad I believe, and almost pulled off a legit draw.
If he was more aggressive and confident he could have had a much better showing against shot Wlad.

Then he ran into a younger, roided Ortiz. Was never the same after that, should have demanded drug tests for that fight.

Now he's almost 35 with nothing to show for his boxing career.

Brilliant event, now or never you'd feel for Joyce, Jennings is experienced and I'm surprised at the odds being so strong in favour of Joyce - We'll see how good Joyce is. Jennings looked in control in the Rivas fight to an extent before being KO'd out of nowhere.

If Ruiz Jr can stop Joshua then Gorman can beat Dubois.

You can still get around 3 (2/1) on Gorman at betfair (maybe more if you hold out a while) and I think those are fantastic odds. Gorman is levels above Dubois technically and I have not heard anything derogatory about his chin. I can't believe his odds are that low when he is clearly the superior boxer! I think he beats Joyce too. At that price I will be investing.
