Dubois vs Joyce

Lean towards Joyce based on experience and the fact that he's more proven. Dubois hasn't really impressed me all that much but he's young and a big puncher, given the fact that Joyce is a KO waiting to happen I wouldn't rule him out though.

 

Joyce would be a slight favorite right now.

I think Tom Little will be able to have us see a better look bc it will be the first live opponent he's faced and of good experience.

 

Joyce knocks Dubois out if they were to fight anytime soon. Which they won’t, because it’s obvious that is what Joyce does to him. Probably a 3 round job.

I expect Dubois to be molly coddled as David Price was and lose against a gatekeeper level opponent whilst everyone is still calling him the second coming. About 3- 4 years away for those with long memories and searching this thread in future years. (2020-2021)

 

Joyce now. Maybe a different outcome in 2-3 years

 

Right now I would pick Joyce. His extensive amateur career at senior level would be the difference, that and he's probably in his physical prime while Joyce is still young and maturing.

 

What a build up this would be, two larger than life personalities

 

Dubois talks too much, I don’t like the way he trash talks all his opponents. He needs to reel it in a bit.

Joyce is terrible. Dubois has lots of work to do but he is still young so I give him a pass. Its 50/50 now and in 2-3 years DD sparks him easily

 

You have to go with Joyce just because we've seen him prove it. Dubois is still a baby HW and has a lot to prove. That being said, maybe Dubois has natural stamina and iron chin. Who knows?!

 

Yeah seriously. Watching him go off at Tom Little was just embarrassing and uncalled for. Everyone is just trying to earn a living and go home safe to their families. The lad seriously need to calm down.

 

Does he really? The last interview I saw with him he seemed humble, almost embarrassed. Shame if he's lost that. Maybe a case of believing the hype around himself after knocking out a handful of cans.

 

The hype for the bodybuilder Joshua's long lost brother is real. Fwank put alot of money behind Dubios. I expect him to sanction a fight against a semi professional boxer next. Hopefully it will be a certain plumber from Liverpool, for Daniel to make a name for himself. Then straight on to the British title.

 

Now probably Joyce. But who knows what Dubois is all about. He might have a chin and an engine. Joyce now. In 12 months, who knows.
