It's still a bit early to label Stevenson a ducker. Dude had 3 hard fights in 6 months, and has just recently become the main man at light heavy. If they are both still going strong at the end of the year, then one can start calling it a duck if they don't fight. It's not like it's a given they get past their next opponents either, so it might be that he just wants to focus on his next test first, which is understandable.
