I have a 7 step plan I believe will help you improve your life.

1. Get over your obsession with Eddie Hearn. Its not healthy to have an obsession with a man you'll never meet or doesn't know or care who you are. When ever he crosses your mind, think 'stop' then think about something else.

2. Leave the house, now and again, it's not healthy cooked up in your mum's front room 24/7

3. Start a regular hygiene regime, wash and brush your teeth daily. Get rid of that acne and grow your confidence

4. Get a job, earn some money, then you can use it to socialise rather than scouring the deepest darkest corners of the Internet to find what someone has made up about Matchroom

5. Meet a girl (or boy if that's what you're into) and try and get to at least 1st base for the first time. This will help you get over your obsession with Hearn

6. Accept that Wilder is shamefully ducking AJ and Whyte The first stage to tackling a problem is to admit you have one.

7. Move out of your mum's. Some kind of independence will help you get over your man crush on Hearn
