He doesn't believe it himself , until he believes it , the fight wont happen " - Evander "The Real Deal" Holyfield

TIM BRADLEY – “Floyd doubts himself. Why won’t he fight Manny? Scared, man.

    tyson basically said he's scared.

    holmes also said he's scared.

irvin said he's making brotha's look bad

    wilbon called him a coward

    marvin called him a coward

morales said floyd won't fight pacquiao "he's just playing with all you guys"

allen green thinks floyd doesn't want to fight him

james toney said he would put his money on pac by ko

    Quote:
James Toney: “I grew up with Floyd Mayweather… we all came from the same block in Michigan. Me, the Mayweather family, Buster Mathis, Tony Tucker… The ‘Hall of Fame’ block, you know what I’m sayin? I love Floyd and I’m glad he’s doing what he’s doing… but if you claim to be the best fighter in the world in the world pound-for-pound… fight! Don’t make no excuses.”

“Pacquiao’s going to knock Floyd out… and Floyd knows it. Floyd’s my man and I love him but I’m going to call it like I see it. The thing is this: Do you know what a rabbit does when it gets backed into a corner? It faints. And that’s what Floyd’s doing.”
"aron pryor favors pacquiao over floyd: “I don’t think he’s equipped to handle Pac Man”

scoop jackson hopped off, he ain't riding and dying with floyd anymore.

bert sugar said floyd don't want none of pacquiao.

Hell yeah he is. How do you criticize Floyd for rematching a guy you thought he lost 8-4 to?

    What a complete moron.

But he is willing to fight a guy YOU said he lost 8-4 to... how is that "Ducking a hard fight" ? So Floyd lost 8-4 to Maidana but it's an easy fight? He should fight Cotto again according to you, yet Maidana did better.

you are a joke. You hate Floyd and it is obvious.

Pac had a perfect chance to call Floyd's bluff about Bob being his promoter and failed to do so. The failure of that fight to happen is not all on Floyd. But you'd have to be a rational person to know that.

Who cares if it was a cherrypick originally at this point? back then it mattered but now that he gave a good account of himself and won in some peoples eyes, then how can it be a duck for him to rematch?

What does it matter what other people say? Paulie today said pac is roided and you all aren't taking that as a fact.

Boxing master just admitted to contradicting him self and quickly changes subject lol. He feels Floyd beat midana convincingly.

Floyd's gonna fight Maidana because it will be a big money rematch and it will shut up all the busters and haters. Then he is gonna fight Pac in May to stop Canelo and Cotto from getting all that money on Cinco De Mayo. That would be his last big, big payday. Then he will fight two more good fights and retire at fifty wins with no losses. He gonna work Maidana like a rented mule. Ill say this, if Canelo put a whooping on Lara ( I doubt it ) but if, then him and Cotto has a real chance of getting that CDM date and money.

You know, very interesting point. Since floyd and GB dont work together I can see Oscar trying to book canelo vs cotto may 5, floyd will have to come up with something huge to trump that.

Maidana won 3 rounds in my honest opinion. While he did better being competitive over the length of 12 rounds, he actually won a round fewer on my card than Oscar de la Hoya did over Mayweather... If you are looking to give him every round and use your own personal scoring criteria, then I guess you could give him however many rounds you want. But the scoring criteria is set, boys, and you also judge a fight 3 minutes at a time.

Nobody other than internet trolls thought this fight was even or in Maidana's favor.

Boxers, trainers, managers... all of them have voiced an opinion that Mayweather won the fight and did so impressively, fighting Maidana's ideal style of fight on paper.

Why only one rematch. Let's make it a trilogy! 3 x $74.95 for Money Mayweather! I like the sound of that.
