Duddy v Chavez Jr

Better put a poll for this fight. I made a poll before about this fight and the result was almost pretty even. I think Chavez, Jr. is now the favorite to win.

 

I think JCC is going to win on decision but if it starts as a tear up Duddy might get a stoppage. I mean if Duddy turns it into a brawl JCC might be able to match him for power but no way JCC matches Duddy for chin and I think JCC needs to keep it outside to get the victory.

 

Duddy has been unimpressive in his last couple of outings.

A couple of years back, Chavez doesn't reach the second half of the fight.

But Duddy's hunger seems to have dried up.

I would still give him an edge, but not betting on it.

 

Chavez is better than given credit for. Well, potentially. He'll win this one.

chavez jr is a soft little rich kid who hasnt got the heart to win this one

 

Chavez Jr. is a mediocre bum, and if Duddy loses, he is worse.

 

roach is going to advise him to try to lul duddy to box and keep him at bay...knowing anything can happen in a knockout dragout with john.

duddy is going to mix it up... when he gets caught from not moving his head from the end of a jab...he is going to go all in.... this is where chavez is going to shell up and try to take advantage and counter the sloppy duddy.

john can put him down..but it's going to require smarts and head movement on his part....
if a close fight goes the distance...they will certainly give it to chavez.. he is the one trying to be marketed.

I have high hopes for Irish John Duddy..because i know the man is hungry..and knows this is his big ****ing chance. expect a war like the one with campas..who would surely beat chavez jr in his hay day and even now.
