Due to Mayweather, Wilder and GGG are HIGHLY underpaid.

Most people don't care about you. They are selfish and only care about themselves. Even those that aren't selfish have opportunity costs.

You see, there are opportunity costs with everything in life. You eat like a fat pig, you get stuffed like a fat pig. There are plenty of other examples, but you should get the point.

Nobody is going to waste their time watching two guys looking at one another. That's the opportunity costs. If you want people to watch, you have to take risks.

Anyway, people are paid for their risk premium.

Guys like Wilder and GGG put it on the line every single time. Both of them are highly skilled and talented, but they still manage to turn every fight into a spectacle.

But NOBODY knows who they are because Floyd defrauded people for YEARS into thinking that he represented the entertainment value of boxing.

Floyd was not an entertainer. He also took a risk, but his risk was with God when he sold his soul to get where he is. He didn't take the risks that Ali and Frazier and Marciano took.

They took HUGE risks and earned every damn penny they made. It's a shame what happened to them, but that's called a RISK PREMIUM.

People who take HUGE risks tend to make the most money. There are some people who got to where they are through luck, but most take risks.

The unfortunate part of Mayweather's risk was that his was deception. He made it seem as if there was going to be a fight, but instead it left his opponents saying things like, "He didn't do anything."

Worse, he cheated. He had the testosterone of a 127 1/2 year old man. That's just not natural.

How is it Floyd's fault that Wilder and GGG have yet to face top competition?

Mike Tyson after getting the WBC belt fought and beat both the WBA and IBF champs to become the heavyweight champion of the world. Wilder on the other hand went 9 rounds with a guy Arreola crushed and 11 with a guy who isn't even a top 20 heavyweight. When Wilder fights top competition I'll start to care.

GGG in a year or two could have all the belts at 160, but I think he might have to move up to become draw.

He is also the reason why lower weight fighters are making any real money at all. Manny never seen a check higher than $5 million until the Mayweather chase. Then he started asking for no less than 20 mill a fight. Cotto just made 15 mill this weekend. Broner, Khan, Garcia are making 6 figures for fights.

That is the same money that promoters were stealing from fighters all these years you dumb ***** you!!

I think you got it all wrong.

Floyd post Castillo leached off warriors of the past like a parasite. He just benefited from the great reputation of boxing.

So you think if everybody fought like Floyd would anybody actually watch boxing?

Like it or not the offensive fighters are what keeps boxing alive.

That's not the point. The point is about the generation of profits and who gets paid. If GGG was to say that K2 was robbing him tomorrow you would jump on this forum and run K2 through the mud for robbing your favorite fighter.

Fighting style aside it is about drama and sales. If he gets people motivated to buy his fights then he deserves his money they all do where it's 4.4 million or 97k, pay the man what he earned.

You're missing the point. Defensive fighters only prosper financially because of the toils of previous offensive fighters.

It has only been 2 that have prospered heavily on that. Whitaker and Mayweather. You make it sound like it is 50 guys doing this right now.
Rigondeaux and Lara just started making money like that and they are old. Can you name anymore, please?
