60/40 in favour of Takam I'd say.

Takam has never emerged more than sparring partner material in a decade ,if he wins it'll just show why Duahapas really isnt top ten material .Takam is not going to improve at this point, hes undersized and he has little motivation left in him thats why he declined Joshua when he was offered it . Neither guy really impresses ,one is bigger and takes punishment the other fights like hes sparring with no sense of urgency to win his body fits the bill being very athletic but as a fighter Takam hasnt done much his entire career ,good showings once in awhile dont count. .

I think i got the fighter wrong ,Chisora declined . Joshua was supposed to fight Takam for IBF eliminator but just went right to Martin . Im not sure if Takam did skip Joshua to face Parker?

Still doesn't change the fact Wilder hasn't faced a top heavyweight.

    Don't say Stiverne.

50/50 fight but Takam is going to have to throw more punches than he did against Parker without taking rounds off. Duhaupas seems to have figured out how he's going to have to fight to be a game fighter. He's going to bring it so I do favor him slightly, over Takam.

Finally Takam gets an opponent. Good on Duhaupa for taking the fight.
