Yeah I hate that, similar to Jim Watt during Haye/Valuev. If they're going to score the fight then I'd rather they just call as they see it instead of trying to predict how the judges will have it
:dealThis. They are paid to score it how they see it not how they think someone else will see it. We can all guess how we think the judges are seeing it. What we wan't to hear (sometimes) is how they see it!!!
I put the **** on mute. It was bad enough watching Paulie getting beat, I didn't need to here anyone kicking him whilst he's down. Oh, and Duke :tong I can stick my tongue out whenever the **** I feel, so can everyone else :tong:tong:tong:tong:tong:tong:tong:tong:tong How do you like those apples?
:deal We pretty much have a consensus that Mckenzie is a tool, but on that occasion he can't be faulted. Paulie could do the Ali shuffle for all I care, he was getting a whuppin and the tongue thing made him look stupid.
And what exactly were they saying that was the truth? I gave Paulie round 2 and that was it, and it's true, sticking his tongue and show-boating when shipping punches isn't going to put rounds on the board. He pretty much resigned himself to losing at that point.
credit where credit is due to khan, the man boxed malliwotshisnames head off for more or less 11 rounds. im no big khan fan,but he has improved a lot,he looked world class against a world class chap. duke called it right on sunday morning,he is a bit of a twat though:good
Yet again shows he knows the square root of ****-all about boxing. His froch vs kessler scores were just as bad!
spot on mate there realy quite **** comentators but for this fight they were fine nothing wrong nothing special
what was wrong with mckenzie's comment? it seems to be true to me. duke said "paulie can stick out his tongue all he wants, but he isn't winning the fight". well guess what, it was true.
Welcome back buddy. And for the bloke above. I didnt say I had him 7 rounds up. But it was anyones fight up till round 7. Khan couldnt hit Paulie witha handful of rice until the mid way stage.
it wasn't a good fight with both fighters not doing much, but in my opinion khan was doing the more work winning the rounds even though his accuracy was poor. malignaggi wasn't doing nothing. i don't understand why boxers taunt their opponent by stickin out their tongue etc when they're losing. i agreed with duke's comment.
He was just pissed off because Roach had been saying he was a 3 round job so he wanted to kind of laugh off that idea.
You did say that Khan 'landed nothing' in the first seven rounds. How many rounds did you give him where you hadn't seen him land a punch?
