I've just read that this fight is a possibility...

Has Dunne's management team become even more unrealistic than his fans??? Or the Irish commentators who had him winning by 4 rounds when he was getting ****ed all over the place against Cordoba and everyone else had Dunne losing by 3-4 rounds??? :patsch

IF this fight happens, and that's a big IF, Lopez will KILL Dunne and have to serve 5 years in a Dublin jail for Manslaughter. :deal

Dunne could get himself seriously injured, here. Imagine the Penelosa fight on someone without a guard.

What does Dunne want to do commit career suicide?

Cash-out fight? Frankly, Dunne had the fight of his life against Cordoba, and I wouldn't be surprised if he loses his next fight, almost no matter who he faces next, so might as well pit him against someone who will improve his name and where he will get paid well.

I'm neither a fan of Munroe or Dunne but do think that Dunne's fans have under-estimated Munroe...

Dunne's fans, most of whom don't even realise that he is NOT a world champion, are extremely unrealistic about their guy. However, if the commentary in Ireland is always as awful and bias as it was for his fight against Cordoba, it's no wonder.

Not any different than british commentators, **** say mccrory said pac played no part in beating hatton it was all mayweather senior fault, hows that for bias

Monroe takes dunne though IMO, and Juanma knocks him into next week

It would be a brutal knockout if the fight happens.

Dunne needs to stay well clear of Lopez , I was at the O2 for his historic win over Cordoba he was blessed to win it to be honest. Cordoba just died on his feet. Dunne v Lopez is just asking for trouble , Brian Peters cares too much about Dunne to organise this. Dunne V Munroe would be the perfect fight for both fighters. Who would win , heart says Dunne head says Munroe's powere should edge it. I know Munroe was a disgrace in his last fight but stepping up to Dunne he would have to bring his A game. The only chance Dunne has of beating anyone is on points as he has NO ko punch at all , or as in the case of Cordoba pure exaustion from 11 round of relentless good technical boxing which is what Dunne is all about.

What ever happens to Dunne , I'll never forget that night in the 02 Arena.
