Duran and Leonard made ridiculous comments. Like the fab 4 again is untouchable.

Who gives a **** about butthurt comments made by guys who left the sport 30 damn years ago?

It would be good if they had something positive to say. But every time Ray speaks on something in regards to Pac or Floyd, it's either "Us Fab 4 guys would knock him the **** out" or "I'd knock them both out"

Like really? How butthurt do you have to be?

    lol, this bull**** again:huh

Cotto had not even moved up to 147 when PBF announced that he was gonna retire after the Baldy fight. Before that Arum did not want that fight to happen because "Cotto was not ready" and get the **** out of here with that Margo BS he was nothing but a TR HYPE job. He almost shut out Cotto, who fought a good fight, and was a bigger man. Cotto used his size and a good jab to do all his damage . . . anything below 154 all he would have is his jab.

He might be able to give three of the fab four a good fight but Hearns would destroy him
Shane Mosley has four knockouts in his last 18 fights and his right hand buckled Floyd
Can you imagine if Mosleys right hand wobbled Floyd what Hearns would do with his
I think He goes 1-3 against The Fab Four with Duran being his only win

Someone once said that Duran only lost to Leonard because he ate all the pies after the weigh-in.

Not saying Duran's out of the fight, I just edge it to Floyd. YMMV.

SRL, Hearns and Benitez I say without qualification would handle Floyd and I think SRL and Hearns would start hurting him pretty badly late in the fight. They're on or above his skill level p4p and bigger and more powerful men naturally.

Duran lost to Leonard twice, and both times it was easy work for Ray. Imho it would have been easy work the first time if he had boxed Duran instead of tried to kill him. For Hearns it wasn't even work, it was a showcase.

I am keeping to the facts. His resume at LW isn't deep (talent-wise) at all, Chavez has twice the resume than Duran. Floyd has better wins at the weight. The SRL win is EVERYTHING for Duran, and Ray could have taken that away with the greatest of ease except Duran beat him at the mind games. I don't really want to get into all that, this thread is about Floyd.

Jasper, don't worry. When his career is over and people are talking about great fighters and not talking about Floyd, you can always bring up how much money he made. I'm sure that will make it all better.

I think that's why I respect Tyson nowadays he's one of the only ones who respect this generation props to Klitschko's and such. Holmes, Cooney, Holyfield, are always negative towards this generation. I don't think there's any past great who supports this generation fully.

Ray isn't bitter MVC, did you see what he had to say on the "Mayweather" documentary?

Dude looks ten years younger than he is, has his health intact and is universally regarded as an ATG. There's also this:

this superfeatherweight stuff is sort of ridiculous. Most fighters move up in weight and find a comfortable range. Floyd has found that and he looked much bigger than Guerrero

Yes and then he waited till Hagler went life and death with Mugabi

You know and I know he waited until Hagler slipped.

I like Ray but let's not pretend he's this saint that fights everyone in their primes

He even hosted this conference in Baltimore to announce that he wasn't going to fight Hagler. It was a big slap in the face.

IF Mayweather did that today, he'd be criticized to no end.
