i'v only watched the first 8 rounds of the fight and duran was winning by a clear shutout some of the rounds could have even been 10-8 rounds for duran
even after the bell at the end of the 13th buchanan was the one who engaging duran when the ref got in the way of durans assualt buchanan got hit in the chops. so whats all this fuss about, he was on his way to loosing the fight and its harsh to say duran should have been DQd, the only way a fight like that could be viewed as controversial is if buchanan lasted the distance and got the virdict on the judges cards.

I have no qualms over this to be honest, Duran clearly won. However, a rematch should have been fought due to the climax of the fight, and of course for senor Duran still to this day claiming Ken was one of the toughest *******s he has fought.
