The Duran clown hater is back. Let me ask you, because you seem to struggle with these concepts. Does the Duran who fought Ken even remotely resemble the Duran who fought Wilfred. He looks like a bloated version of his younger self and clearly not as quick and fast on his feet. Why even make the comparison when they weren't close to the same version of fighter.

I think Duran likely wins by UD, but a TKO isn't out of the question. I guess I'll give Floyd the benefit of the doubt since he's never been stopped, but he'd certainly come the closest he ever was to being stopped against Duran. I just think the work rate of Duran (especially of the Ken fight) would simply win a clear UD over May. May's power isn't going to deter Duran, and I feel Duran would naturally dislike May and his antics. He would be hyper motivated, and that is scary against a guy like Duran. May has never fought like SRL did in their second fight, so I see no reason how that would be relevant or duplicated. How they both typically fought at their best, I can't see how May is going to win a decision and he's certainly not stopping Duran imo

A fight I would love to see. Duran's unorthodox style, ferocity, pressure and speed would give Mayweather lots of trouble. I take Duran by UD or late round stoppage. At lightweight Duran was possibly the greatest.

Guess you saw the dope man today. Would MayweatherJr actually get in the ring with Duran in his prime would be my question. And Like he was with Leonard in Montreal Duran would would be very motivated to kill Mayweather if he can. And if the Just as Fast (Faster?) Bigger , stronger, and harder hitting Leonard couldn't create enough space to work effectively the majority of the fight in Montreal what the hell is MayweatherJr going to do ? Esp at Durans best weight lightweight? Duran by roadkill! That's IF Mayweather jr. Actually would get in the ring with him.

At 147 pounds mayweather would be more compact than leonard, faster with even better defence and he was even better counterpuncher.mayweather is just as high as leonard in history... The people never will deal with this.mayweather can be arrogant and sometimes a dick but he is one of the greatest boxers ever. And yes.. He beats duran and chavez

bloated? You make it seem like he moved from middleweight to heavyweight. He fought at 154 in 1978 when he was a lightweight, and that fight with Benitez was at 154... and he fought there before Benitez,Hearns and Leonard. All the excuses in the world cannot excuse Duran for losing to the legends. In my mind anyway. If he was such a bloated excuse for a fighter, why did he get so much credit when he beat Moore and in 1989 Barkley? People said, what a great fighter, but when he lost. oh he was bloated.

Yes bloated, do I need to define what that means to you? Do you honestly believe, even by just the eye test, that the Duran that fought Ken looks like the Duran that fought Wilfred? You can't honestly believe that. You've been corrected on this numerous times, and you still resort to looking like a clown. Duran weighed that much for a fight because HE WAS OUT OF SHAPE and couldn't make the lightweight limit. He was naturally rising in weight through the natural progression of his body. They simply wanted to try and keep him somewhat active, but he clearly wasn't in shape enough to make the LW limit. Yet the way you say it, he was naturally moving ot 154 in 1978... and that is a blatant lie and you know it. Yet you continually repeat it. Amazing.

anyone cam male excuses for losses and Duran has done it more than years and years.. He looked fine and Buchanan was no Hearns or Benitez. Nobody really corrected me ever. I said Duran fought at 154 as early as 1978 to prove a point about his comfort at the weight. Duran could beat Moore and Barkley (at !60) and yet he still gets excuses. Most every great of the 1980 with some exceptions moved up. Hearns, Spinks, Leonard. What did Duran do different than others besides losing to all the greats of the 1980s and having an excuse for every win. What did I lie about? I don't lie on here. Duran fought at 154 as early as 1978... look it up.. Benitez was not bigger than Duran really... a few inches in reach and similar starting title and he beat Duran easily. and Wilfred won his title in 1976

he would beat someone like Ortiz and people woulds say it is the best win ever, and then he would lose to Floyd in a lopsided fight and he would say he didn't train.

So you that is the only way you can picture Floyd beating Duran is if Duran is out of shape? I agree with you.
