Diaz, DLH and Clottey are tuneups now for Pacquiao? You just unwittingly given mad props to Manny. :good

im not calling you a *******. you aren't babbling like an idiot. You are actually debating.

With that thought. Diaz on all 3 cards never won a round. While Clottey and Cotto both did.

Some of Pacs fights were carefully chosen, even Roach admits so himself. His last fight against Margarito was even less than a tune up. Margarito is a terrible.

Diaz was weak, everyone knew that. So was Clottey. It was expected.

DLH was the only one that wasn't.

But once I saw DLH weighed less than Pac. I changed my pick to Pac KO.

because they fought the best while their opponents were prime-rib, not overcooked ribs with little meat left....

People might call Diaz a chump, but if you look at the time he was fighting, he gave the guy who SHOULD have won against Casa before Casa lost to Marquez a KTFO punch. Even now, he gave a hard and tough fight against Humberto Soto.

You might not think he's any good, but he's a tough cookie.

I wish I had a snapshot of the boards before the Diaz fight. Few people were expecting Pac to dominate like that, and loads of people were debating the outcome of the match. De La Hoya was even worse, where people were saying that it was insane for Pac to even contemplate fighting him.

(Since then it's just been 'oh, Diaz was a bum', and 'Hoya was a shell').

Clottey was no tune-up, legit top 5WW, best available at that time.

    D. Diaz maybe was the last tuneup, though Pac was coming up from 130 and Diaz was a champ.
