I think this would have been the greatest fight in history because ray liked to fight i think this fight eould be fought on the inside. Ray wouldnt run and duran well hes duran
Better skills and more complete than hearns. He did have good power don't get it twisted he could crack power in both hands. He would destroy Duran.
Might beat him, but certainly wouldn't destroy him. As long as Ray keeps the fight in the middle of the ring he'd win, but if it gets on the ropes, I'd give Duran a pretty good shot. SRR may be the greatest p4p fighter ever, (or not, one could argue for Langford, greb and others), but keep in mind Duran beat either the 2nd or 3rd best welterweight of all time. With Hearns it was more of a style issue than anything else, and Duran did manage to beat Barkley who beat Hearns twice.
it would be a war for the ages.... this was a prime duran, the performance of his career, but i honestly believe robinson would beat duran at his own game
