Duran tells Marquez PBF is stalling because he cant beat Marquez!!!

duran was commenting, rather intelligently, on floyd during the hatton fight. he has a very good analysis of his strengths and weaknesses. though i think he is biased (ie: i think he sees a little sugar ray leonard in him) duran knows what it takes to beat floyd. whether marquez has that we'll find out

haha, lionel is a genius. i didn't realize duran was nothing more than a 70's mayorga but then lionel shared his brilliance with us all.

 

god...that thread still gets bumped up. everyone has an opinion and thats fine but wow...that one was a head scratcher

 

I think the slow ticket sales is the more credible reason why the fight got stalled...

I might believed Duran but he has to spell out the details on how JMM will beat Floyd...

i usually abstain from the ww/pbf/pac threads but $$ is the more likely scenario. you can't be believing every training/sparring story you hear. i heard this too but whatever...he may have been caught w/ a perfect "floating rib" shot, but he also may have seen next to no tix sold and opportunities elsewhere. having said that, i can't wait for this fight. pbf bothers me sometimes but he is a stud and jmm isnt going to go away as easy as some people think. i expect a great fight.
