Which fighter out of Crawford and Lomachenko would give Roberto Duran the post problems? Considering Loma has said he won't go above 135, we'll matchup Duran against Loma at 135 and then have Duran against Crawford at either 140 or 147. What happens in both fights and who do you guys believe gives the legendary Duran the most problems in the ring?

Pick another opponent....no one beats Duran in classic forum!

I will occasionally go against the grain and I think Loma makes it close over 12 rounds, but I can’t favor/pick him just yet. But to me he has the more realistic chance.

Eastside hates Crawford, and loves Loma, so expect to hear most say that Loma is the tougher fight for Duran... but he's not.

Crawford's size, his range, his ability to adapt, and his meanness and his physical strength pose more problems for Duran than Loma would.

Duran would systematically destroy Loma. Loma is too small, and I very, very much question Loma's ability to handle Duran's roughness and strength. I also question Loma's durability.

Duran beats both, but he has a tougher time with Crawford. I'm very confident in saying that.

I dont think Loma lasts 12 with Duran, let alone 15.

A lot of recency bias when it comes to Loma.

At this point, I wouldn't pick Loma over DeJesus, let alone Duran.

I wouldn't pick Loma over Buchanan either.

Color me unimpressed that he destroyed a bum like "One Dolla" Crolla.

I'm pretty sure Duran could beat Crolla right now.

    Duran KOs them both.

Seriously, he's more skilled and powerful than both.

Crawford had to lowblow to beat Khan ffs.

Duran KOs both. Crawford is bigger and more powerful, he'd give Duran more fits than Loma would but both would most likely be dominated

The last sentence is nonsense, and you know it.

Low blows happen. Bud was consistently beating Khan's body, and one shot strayed low. And the ONE shot that strayed low, good ole Khan decided to milk it and quit.

Crawford by no means HAD TO low blow Khan to win, as he was in complete control and well on his way to a late stoppage.

Let's not blame Crawford for Khan wanting a way out.

Yeah, I guess you're right. It's just annoying saying people like Loma and Crawford are somehow gonna beat Duran, at lightweight.

I wouldn't necessarily call Khan a quitter though. He's proven his heart before, and lowblow like that are debilitating.

Duran roughs up Loma to a stoppage win within 7 rounds @ LW.
WW Duran systematically beats up Crawford in a one sided decision.

Not to denigrate Duran, but if memory serves didn’t he win the title on a low blow after the bell?

PS I don’t really think Duran should have received a penalty as the action was flowing both ways after the bell and the ref was on Duran’s back....sometimes these things happen

Yes he did, and it was against Ken Buchanan.
Low blow or not, Crawford was on his way to stopping Khan and Khan knew it so he wanted a way out.
