What was it? Was the fight close or what? People say that that fight was not close and so. And before anyone jumps, I read om some posts on youtube for example that they had Duran winning and so on
It was a very close fight..........if Duran had not let up he would have won, no doubt about it.........
duran faded....but i think the biggest thing was that he did much better than anyone expected. they thought hagler would demolish him.
ditto that. Duran was the first and only fighter to take MW Champ Hagler 15rds. Vito was champ when he drew with Hagler over 15. That was a helluva fight.
