Too early to tell, but obviously 160 Duran would have problems with Sergio's movement and speed. Duran still had an iron chin and it's debateable and too early to tell if Sergio had Tommy's power. If Sergio travels upward to 168 and is able to ko a solid 168lber like Bute or Ward, I think it would be safe to say he might of had the punching power to stop Duran like Tommy had. Duran was more of a technician and brawled less. He jabbed more to setup the right hand and fought with less intensity than he did at 135-147. Barkley is still a better fighter than anyone Sergio has faced yet and Duran wouldn't be as easy to hit as Williams was. I'll have it as a stalemate for now.

The Duran that gave Hagler all he wanted beats Martinez by close competetive decision, Duran was still slick and fast enough to hang with Martinez and still a great boxer,, Duran had a great chin even at middle and throw the hearns fight out, no one would have stood up the shots he took and besides he was out of it and facing an atg puncer, MArtinez would not ever seriously hurt Duran..... Duran by close but convincing decision, late stoppage possible but not probable....... Durans win over Barkley was awesome but he was a slowed down version than the one that fought Hagler... Martinez beats this Duran by close decision.l
