there may have been a post like this already but i dont give a ****..

what do you think about the match up.. duran that fought ray leonard for the first time vs 147 version of money who wins.. duran was a monster at this fight.. so i give the edge to him by split decision

So, do I....Duran wins....he doesn't go for the body twisting fakes.....Gayweather gets knocked out.
Keep in mind Castillo had him on the ropes...castillo is no Duran...not by a longshot!!!!

Can you guys stop making the same threads every week? How many times have we seen this thread, numerous. Anyways, PBF outboxes Duran.

Duran UD, a little too relentless for May **@147**. His style changed as he moved up, not as mobile and active enough at this weight.

Duran beats Mayweather clearly at any weight from 135 to 147.

I dunno bout this one but I recently watched Duran-Leonard 1 and 2...Leonard and Mayweather have different styles but styles require speed..If Floyd don't trade with Roberto than Floyd can win close decision...If Floyd trades with him he gets beat on points...Floyd UD 115-113 across the board!

Nah, Gayweather would have rather faced the Baldomir's, Gatti's, or Judah's of that time period. He would have avoided Duran at all costs. In other words, he would have retired.

He has to throw more than 50 punches a round though. I actually give him a better chance at the lower weights where he gad good activity and his mobility was much better. He just a totally different fighter at welter who focuses more on his defense creating his offense.

Very competitive though, wouldn't shock me if he won.

if mayweather gets helpself traped on the ropes (wich he likes doing in most of his fights) it will be fatal.. and if he boxes i think he can win and might frustrate duran with pot shot and run style ...
