A fight of the decade, Duran UD!

Mosley would fight each round tryin to gain the centre with his combos but Duran will always get to the centre first n fight hard to maintain it! Possibly Mosley may get dropped in the process! The relentlessness n more fluid fightin style wins this fight for Duran!!

Forgot about 15 rounders! Don't think many of today's champs could cope with that now!

Im telling you Duran wins convincingly. Mosley never fought anyone of Durans caliber at 135, and Mosley has the tendency to try to prove his power and trade. Leaning into Durans fight game, leaving him open to an ass whooping. Duran late tko.

Mosley was prime and technically sound at the weight, but he wouldn't be able to outbox or outfight Roberto Duran. Duran on points is my pick, though late stoppage is not completely out of the question.

Chain Mosley UD in a close fight.....Combinations would be the difference.

If I could dream of 5 fights that I could magically make happen, this would be one of them. Duran vs Mayweather might be another one although I do think this would be the better of the two.

Mosley's style is not great for beating Duran. Mosley was more offense was his defense style, yet he did not move his feet much or counterpunch the way he should to beat Duran. I think Duran could reach him and maybe win a decision or late stoppage.

Particularly when Duran is slipping and rolling the majority of Shane's shots, feinting the jab and dropping flush right hands and hooks. It's really pretty insane how much more of an effective pressure fighter he became from the time he beat Buchanon to the latter part of his run. His style was much more technical and scientific than a lot of people seem to believe. :?

Mosley by KO 7th or 8th round. Shane was a blur with tremendous power at LW, he thought he had problems keeping up with Leonard in their second fight, he wouldn't lay a glove on Shane @ 135 if he didn't want him to.

Mosley by knockout in the 14th or Mosley by UD.....Shane was a beast at LW and Shane did not feel pain at the weight.

All the speed in the world wont offset Durans incredibly deep and refined skillset after those years spent with Arcel. Duran is equipped to take apart guys that might be more athletically gifted. Shane was never a magnificent pure boxer and duran was incredibly crafty and could maintain amazing defense whilst trading and pushing forward. Duran is too skilled for Shane.

Shane looked great but who did he look great against?

People making comparisons to Leonard... Duran had better mobility and speed at lightweight. Shane although lightening fast did not have the pure boxing skills and didn't make himself elusive in the way SRL did. Mosley used his speed to overwhelm guys in the exchanges. As a PURE boxer he was never great.
