    Was a good performance considering that Roberto had only fought once since the Hearns beatdown two years previously. And he still had one surprise named Iran to come.

    I don't know .. Duran often seemed to be join through the motions .. Sims was tough for sure but not championship caliber ... I think the Cuevas fight is one of Duran's underrated gems ..

    For me it's the Palomino fight. Duran was absolutely incredible in that one.

    Absolutely. That’s as close to Montreal Duran as he ever was at welter, and better form than most of his best work at 135.
