Of course the Netherlands is a small populated country, but is funny how they are generally very talented athletes and still nothing on Boxing.
As said before, they can fight pretty well when in KickBoxing. Ramon Dekkers was a killer, and maybe of the toughest men ever...

Rico Verhoeven. Nieky Holzken recently proved how world class kickboxers can Box well...

What the hell happened to Tyrone Spong? Wasn't he meant to fight Usyk, in Usyks first HW fight in 2019/2020?

I remember Tyrone Spong failed a drugs test then hence the fight got cancelled with Usyk (instead fighting Chazz Witherspoon), then Spong just literally vanished into nowhere, unlike Jarrell Miller.

I'm half Dutch and the above has made good points in regards to Holland being more of a UFC country and the fact it is a small country. Talking sportspeople Max Verstappen is huge there.

Rico and other HW kickboxers have spent a lot of time sparring with Fury and other top heavyweights.

And I bet he did okay. The Kickboxing skills (from the dutch especially) translate fairly well with the Boxing of today that is based on padwork.

The opposite can be true too, Virgil Kalakoda was a favorite of mine in the K1 Max back then... a pro boxer that gave much problems to Buakaw, Souwer etc

Fight Queen Isis Verbeek was suppose to make her boxing debut on the Rigondeaux-Baluta undercard in Miami in november but since that fight fell through it is off.

She is a well known kickboxer and MMA fighter now living in Miami. Not bad on the eyes either.

    More on this:

she is fighting on the Rigondeaux undercard in a club this month.
No easy touch for her pro debut, against La Pequena Lulu Lourdes Juarez, little sister of Mariana and recently a world champion.
    Tough ask to be honest.
