Duva is hiding Kovalevs chin from power punchers

    I like Kovalev and look forward to his fights but theres a reason he hasn't faced a power puncher since Darnell Boone. Theres no excuse for a Pascal rematch, would have liked to have seen him in with someone who can dig a little bit like Fonfara.

    Someone like Beterbiev who can take a shot and carries serious power himself will KO him. Against Stevenson its a case of whoever lands first and we've all seen Kova knocked cold already with the southpaw straight left. Hopefully Duva won't block the fight with p.i.m.p who is hellbent on making it for June. The ball is in their court.

    Beterbiev is not ready for Kovalev. Beterbiev should probably fight Cleverly or Alvarez next.

    Beterbiev can't fight with Kovalov since he's with Haymon and fights on PBC. Same with Stevenson who ran to Haymon and HBO to escape Kovalev. Though technically they stay could fight if Haymon allows Stevenson to fight on HBO because he's not signed exclusively with any network.

    What an idiot! Beterbiev was offered to fight Kovalev in Russia this fall, and he passed.

    I disagree that Pascal is an easy fight for Kovalev. If Pascal gets inside and stays inside, he can make it very difficult for Kovalev.

    Kovalev has to get out of the habit of getting lured into fights and instead keep boxing.

    Kovalev can get wreckless sometimes and if he's not careful, he's going to pay for his it. Stevenson is a big power puncher, and will fight him next.

    Stevenson is a VERY dangerous fight for Kovalev. I think Kovalev is great of the sport, but I favor Stevenson to beat him.
