Ward and Rigondeaux sound like they are being advised be total imbeciles. You might feel you're worth something but the value in the minds of everyone else is shrinking, and shrinking quickly, boxing fans have short memories and right now Ward is remembered as the guy who beat the god awful Smith

They cant do that. But I bet they were mad that a few days after they signed him to the 3 fight deal he pulls out with a knee injury that ended up not being an actual injury but just some inflammation. Not a good sign.

I think the only people that weren't hard to work with according to Duva was Cedric Agnew and Blake Caparello.

    I wonder why.

It is somewhat well established that Ward is very, very difficult to negotiate with.

Don't think she ever claimed Hopkins was hard to deal with. Maybe because he's not as up his own bottom as Andre 'The Road Warrior, Mr Personality, The A-side, The Monster Following' Ward

Ward is a diva at the negotiating table from everything we've heard, no question about it.

ward thinks atlantic city is a neutral venue from someone from a different continent

if a was a pro boxer and from Dublin id suggest fighting him in cork as a neutral venue

Yes the Kovalev/Hopkins fight was put together very quickly and Hopkins himself doesn't exactly have a reputation of being easy to deal with at least not early in his career.

If anyone is delaying the fight being finalised it's likely to be Ward and RN. Remember it was Ward who delayed his decision between fighting on the Cotto/Canelo undercard or his own stand alone card which led to the embarrassing scramble for an opponent.

Yeah the stand alone card he spoke of before the Canelo fight was a fabrication by Ward at the time.

Yeah. Rocky Fielding should have his fight moved with Christopher Rebrasse to the South coast, then claim he's the away fighter
