I’m gonna defend Mustafa here… he wanted to fight in bursts because he never showed up to get down, Eddie Mustafa existed in a few fights the rest of the time it was some guy who showed up in a Mustafa costume LOL… against Marvin Johnson he was a stone cold killer who could’ve been as great as Ezzard Charles if he wanted it as much as Troy Dorsey.

 

A friend once said “You’ll at least think about crying” when you watch Eddie at times.

 

true, that was unquestionably his best performance. Johnson obliged him with a sympathetic style as well. Aggressive is good, but SO wide open for counters, made to order for Mustafa.
