Qawi too big, throws too many punches, too powerful.

Love Calzaghe, but Qawi stood toe to toe with Evander.

I think Qawi wins it by a late stoppage or decision. I think he's just too tough, too strong, and too powerful at 175 for Joe.

well, it's hard to go against an undefeated fighter, but Qawi was essentially undefeated in his run up to the light heavy title. Calzaghe, at his best, was a hell of a matador, possessed ridiculous reflexes and was a high volume guy. Both were super prideful and had heart. I really don't think Qawi's heavyweight results provide clues here. However, he had a string of wins over some excellent to great lightheavies, really a great run with Rossman, Saad, Scott, Martin and Davis. **** it, Qawi was natural LHW, I'll take him.

Though I'm not a fan of Joe's style, I consider Slappy to be one of the best H2H guys of his own division. This would not be his own division. I think he gets overpowered handily.

Qawi wears him down and stops him around round 10 or 11.

JC was fairly durable guy. If he was going to KO him it would have to be earlier than that (when he was prone to being hurt) or much later than round 5.
