    1985, 15 rounds.

Who wins this potential great fight between two-weight world champion Qawi and 4-time WBC cruiser champ de Leon?

Qawi by close, but UD. Some of the first generation cruiserweight champs were not A+. Qawi, when motivated, was a Camden Buzz-Saw.

Qawi by decision. DeLeon was a little better in 80-84. He lost to Alfonzo Ratliff in 1985. Ratliff was game, but not highly skilled.

I think Braxton would win by a close decision.

My initial feeling is that this is not a good style match-up Dwight, Dwight was a fight Fire with Fire warrior, but what if he is not met with Fire, what if he is confronted by a cool and mobile De Leon, who simply does not want to get involved, ? Give Dwight a Detirmined young Buck Like Holyfield, or Even a Willing trier Like Spinks, and Dwight has something to work with, to get his Teeth into, and lets not forget those teeth are a tad Blunted from his Camden Buzzsaw days at Lt-Heavy This Dwight fights like he has an invisible Overcoat on... And Maybe Carlos can pick his Pockets for the Points, Carlos is not adverse to Winning Ugly, Jab, Grab and Move,

I think Dwight might let Lulled into a repetitive follow-my-Leader type of listless Effort, Dwight was looking for a Fearless Warrior and found Himself in with a Fearful Worrier, But one that does enough Points Scavergin along the way, Carlos in a Tedious Affair.

I think Qawi breaks him down for close decision or late stoppage.

Me too. Carlos was a good fighter but beat very few quality opponents. Qawi was a beast.
