Both loved to fight inside but Dwights defense was better. Hed bust Williams up for a late tko similar to the Eddie Davis fight

I think Qawi would wear him down, but I think it would take longer than usual. Williams was big for a light heavyweight, powerful and damn tough. He would give Qawi a helluva time. I think it would be a very back-and-forth fight. Qawi pressing the action as usual, but Williams manages to keep turning the tables and puts Williams on the defensive. Qawi's heart and power pulls him through though. Total tough guy contest.

This would be an all out of war. An action packed fight no doubt. Quawi by late stoppage

    Agreed with all.

Prince Charles would give it his all, but Qawi would grind him down and then beat him down.

    No.

Williams was underestimated big time by Johnsons team which included Russell Peltz. He had a mediocre record at the time. He turned pro at 15 or 16 and thrown in early. But he learned on the job without getting ruined. Apparently it was an unexpected war. i was a big fan after he stopped Czyz. He was like the anti Czyz in that Bobby had the connections and publicity while Williams had to earn the hard way. If Williams had a better team during his long title reign he may have garnered more attention and $. KO once lamented that they got no help from his team to promote him. They actually wanted to but Williams team wasnt proactive at all at promoting him.

Watching Bobby Czyz take a beating is always fun.

BTW, I uploaded Williams' fight with Frankie Swindell to YT a few weeks ago. Prince was really impressive in this fight. Completely dismantled Swindell - much more impressively than Michael Moorer did.

As I remember it, when he first started gaining momentum in his career, and for much of his title run, Charles Williams was noted for having a very effective jab. I was starting to question that memory. It was good to see him display that jab and to hear Al Bernstein mention it.
