I think qawi does match up well technically with Galindez if he does his counterpunch in spurts off the ropes thing. You don't want to let Qawi get inside on you against the ropes, especially if your favoured counter is a looping telegraphed right hand(Well timed and fast though it may be).Tough to out-finesse someone of Qawi's build and skills on the inside. ON the other hand Galindez has a good chance of pushing Qawi back onto the defensive and getting his respect when he opens up with those heavy combinations.Pissed off aggressive Galindez could be tough for Qawi to impose himself on or time, especially if he turns out to be the stronger man.Galindez would push and be dirty in the clinch if he needed to.
Galindez could fight quite differntly..very aggresively when the need was urgent. I just think he was one of the best lightheavies of recent times and would have been too savvy even for a top class guy like Qawi.
